Q: How much time do I need to commit?
Plan on 20 minutes for kickoff, 10 minutes for the survey, 30 to 45 minutes for prep review, and a 4 to 6-hour shoot window.

Q: What’s the timeline?
Most projects deliver the first edit within 10 business days after the shoot. Final delivery depends on feedback speed, usually about 2 weeks total.

Q: What counts as a revision?
A revision round is one consolidated set of notes on the edit. Two rounds are included. Script changes, new angles, or major restructuring after approval may require an additional fee.

Q: Can we do more than one location?
Yes, but multi-location shoots usually require extra time, crew, and logistics. We will quote it as an add-on.

Q: Do you provide actors or a location?
Not in the base kit. If you need actors, a studio, or a special location, we can source it and quote it separately.

Q: Can we use the video in ads?
Yes. You will receive files that work for web, social, and paid placements. We can also advise on ad cutdowns.

Q: What if I hate being on camera?
That’s normal. We coach you through it and direct the interview so you sound like yourself, just clearer and more confident.

Q: Do you require portfolio permission for the Pilot?
Yes. Pilot pricing requires permission to feature the final film and a short testimonial after delivery.
